Overview
Yuzo, Inc.
What is Yuzo?
Yuzo is building the infrastructure required to bring financial markets directly onto native Bitcoin.
Our goal is to make it possible for assets, funds, and financial products to be issued, managed, and settled natively on the Bitcoin network without relying on external blockchains, custodial bridges, or synthetic representations.
We believe Bitcoin can serve as the foundation for a new generation of financial infrastructure, and Yuzo exists to make that possible.
Yuzo enables:
Asset issuance and lifecycle management on Bitcoin L1
Programmable settlement without bridges or external validators
Permissioned infrastructure for institutional capital markets
Permissionless DeFi primitives anchored to Bitcoin consensus
Composable financial products across both environments
The Mission: To establish Bitcoin as the global ledger of real-world assets.
How Yuzo Works
Yuzo operates as a hybrid infrastructure stack, combining a permissionless onchain execution environment with a permissioned capital markets platform, both anchored to Bitcoin L1.
The permissionless layer is open to any participant and supports composable DeFi primitives including liquidity mining, token staking, and governance coordination. The permissioned layer is designed for institutional operators who require defined access controls, compliance integration, and structured capital workflows.
Both layers share the same execution and settlement framework. The distinction lies in participation policy, not in the underlying infrastructure.
